First longer run

I hadn’t been out for a few weeks… decided to go out for a slightly longer and slower run yesterday eve, in the cold & dark! The aim was to control my breathing and try to keep my heart rate down. If I manage to keep this pace WITH the decks and equipment I’ll be delighted… likely to be a bit slower though!

Next I need to finish making the harness and try to actually run with it… a lot of trial and error and probably some tears!!!
